Terms and Conditions of Shopping Rules

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from us. Please read these carefully before placing an order.

2. Booking & Payment
Booking a tour through the TurPolia website is subject to the obligation to pay, unless the tour is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Tour Operator & Organizer
The tour operator is PL PoliaTour Travel Agency, A Travel Company based in Türkiye, with registered address: Kızlar Pınarı Mah. Kuloğlu Sok. Sönmez Sitesi, Sönmez Apt.No:9/4 ALANYA/ANTALYA, TÜRKİYE. Organizer's license number: A 15422 or contractors cooperating with us.

4. Payments
Online payments are processed by TurPolia Turizm Seyahat Taşımacılık Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi directly or through authorized representatives. Payments can be made via credit card by using webpage payment system or in cash to a company representative during the tour in Türkiye.

5. Payment Methods & Confirmation
Accepted payment methods include full or partial, credit/debit cards, or cash in Türkiye. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent your tickets.

6. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are gross prices, inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Order Details
All booking details will be sent via email or made available in reservation form on the webpage.

8. Ticket Issuance
After payment, a separate email will deliver to participant contain for ticket, which must be presented (printed or on mobile) on the day of the tour.

9. Schedule & Changes
Pickup times listed on tickets for planned tours or in the booking can be adjusted. If so, we will notify you the day before the tour.

10. Departure & Meeting Point
Please be punctual and wait at the designated pickup point (e.g., in front of the security gate) at the appointed time.

11. Ticket & Boarding
Entry to the tour can only be granted with a valid ticket (printed or digital).

12. Bus Arrival & Delay
Buses may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. If your bus is late beyond this window, contact us immediately by SMS or phone, including during night or early morning hours.

13. Tour Guides
Tours are conducted by English-speaking guides or in international groups. Specific guide details are available in each trip’s description.

14. On Tour Conduct
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the tour leader/instructor for safety and enjoyment.

15. Insurance & Safety
Additional insurance coverage is included for adventure activities such as diving and rafting. Alcohol consumption during activities voids insurance coverage.

16. Health & Medical Conditions
Participants with chronic diseases should carry additional insurance, as standard coverage may not include health issues arising from existing medical conditions. Participants undertake trips at their own risk.

17. Children & Seating
Children under 4, 5, 6 years old depends on excursion rules, travel free but are not guaranteed seats or food (excluding their parent’s provision). For longer tours (e.g., Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Mersin), we recommend booking a guaranteed seat for your child.

18. Single Room Supplement (Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Mersin)
Participants traveling alone to Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Mersin are required to pay an additional €15 for a single room.

18. Feedback & Complaints
We value your feedback. Any comments or complaints should be reported to the tour leader during the trip or emailed to our office promptly, allowing us to address concerns during your stay.

19. Cancellations & Refunds – Paid Trips
More than 24 hours before the scheduled date, you may change the date, number of persons, or cancel with a full refund. A full refund will be processed within 30 business days to the account originally used for payment.
Less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show, refunds are not issued unless due to verified illness (medical documentation required).
Advance payments for Cappadocia, Mersin, Pamukkale trips are non-refundable once tickets are purchased.

20. Cancellations & Refunds – Unpaid Trips
More than 24 hours before the scheduled date, you may cancel or reschedule without penalty. n case of cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour or on the day of the tour, the full payment as agreed is required. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, please note that your reserved seat may be offered to another interested participant. We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellation as early as possible.

21. Office-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, riots, etc.) or insufficient participants. Refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided accordingly.

22. Changes to the Tour Program
We may modify or reorder parts of the tour program due to organizational reasons, aiming to maintain quality and customer satisfaction. Substitutions of attractions with similar attractiveness may be made without prior notice.

23. Liability for Personal Purchases
TurPolia Company is not responsible for any purchases made during tours (e.g., souvenirs, photos). Complaints about such items should be addressed directly to the vendors.

24. Media & Promotional Use
TurPolia Company reserves the right to photograph and record clients during tours and to use such media for advertising and promotional purposes, including quoting customer comments and reviews.

25. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, such as images, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws.

26. Complaints & Feedback
Please report any issues during or immediately after your tour to help us resolve them quickly. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us improve our services.

27. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

28. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkish Consumer Protection Laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye.
